This morning on my way to my clinic, I met the rubbish truck and workers emptying the rubbish near my clinic. the stench was horrible! You could smell the reek of decayed flesh! What can we do? Please give your feedbacks. Please observe the road near the dump site. See the stale liquid below the truck that emit the offensive smell!

The unbearable stern water is called leachate...normally generated from the rubbish when piling up.
Standard practice, all rubbish trucks shall be spray clean before in&out of the landfill area and or properly maintain at its station before go on the road to collect rubbish. These leachate not only produce bad smell but also could cause paved road deteriorating and thus casuing bad damages. One way to mitigate this is to water spray and clean up the areas affected.
Yes we should all support Dr Wong's effort for a cleaner and more beautiful Malacca!
