Minister interference and manipulation in Police Force

This disclosure by Musa is an eye opener on many things that are not right in Malaysia.

1. Crime statistics: appears to be manipulated using different names. This remind me of a Chinese saying:"Changing the soup but not the ingredient "

Musa asked to disclose all statistics, not only what they pick to show us! Musa being the Ex-IGP, he knows the in and out and the inside story.

2. Police force and also many or all other institution not following the rule and law but the Minister! Who is "the real person's action " in the last line on the report below? Must be the person, Minister in-charged of Home affairs!

Please read the snap shot below, interesting !

DAP GEARS UP FOR GE13: Teresa to give up Wanita post, Anthony to withdraw from DAPSY

Promises and more promises before 13th GE: Najib

After so many years of Umno/BN rule Najib now sort of last minute before the general election promise all sort of things including houses and monorail for Penang. In fact all over the country that he has been travelling, he has promised more and more since he took over from Abdullah Badawi in 2009.

Like that one ehh, as a PM just go around like Santa Claus, just promise, not even confirmed giving..."If you vote for BN and we win, then we will..."

He has done this, I remember so vividly at the Sibu by election he said:"If you vote for Robert this Saturday, and he win, on Monday, I will write a cheque of 5 million. Deal or no deal?"

He is going to lose badly! He is of the mentality of yesteryear, campaigning by giving goodies/bribing the rural folks.

He is, I am sorry, mistaken. The people are not so stupid to be conned!

PM cried he needs a mandate from voters in order to reform Umno, but UMNO President & Prime Minister Pak Lah got the Biggest mandate in world history of more than 90% still being back stabbed by own members til forced to resign soon after. Reform only can happen after total collapse of the Devilds/Saitans to allow angels to live again to reform.

We saw and encountered many incidents of non-Muslims being issued with summons by City Hall/municipal enforcement officers for indecent behaviour [such as couple holding hand, while taking leisure walk in KLCC.] but CD Chua , MCA leaders and Non muslims Ministers, Deputy minister and National leaders in power just stay Dumb, Deaf,& Blind for decades long, but now start creating similar issues to cheat Votes in soon to be held GE13

The creators of the issue must had bad intention to try frighten away Non muslims vote from PR. So the culprits must be the enemy of Pakatan or were rewarded for doing so. So the PR and non Muslims supporters must not be cheated again.

Hi Teng C Yeow,
Do you know what is a bottle-neck? Years and years of BN rule in Pg have neglected and not solved the housing and transport problems in Pg! Even when all along the Federal Govt is BN-led!!

So, the PR State Govt inherits a bottle-neck situation in both these problems, cumulating in a big short-fall in housing for the people!

The bloody scums have been "ruling" this country for five and a half decades and what sort of housing policies do we have?
None whatsoever!!!!
All this while, while Malaysians foolishly voted for them and even give them landslide majorities, they have been left to the tender mercies of Private Developers!
Who charge them the sky while providing shoddy quality premises!!!!
And these influential developers even dare to say that their industry is regulated by laws and regulations!!!!
We all know how such things work in Malaysia!!!!
Malaysians must go all out to kick these scums out of the government.
They are only good for corruption, scams and scandals!!!!!

For Malaysia’s Governing Party,’ Defining Point’ Is Near

Who is the Boss?

National Sports Council chief pours cold water on Minister's promise.
Public cannot scrutinise Olympics expenditure.
Who is the Boss?
The NSC chief or the minister?

The Ex-IGP Musa was disclosing that the Minister was interfering with police investigation.

Now here we have the Minister who promised to have the account open for public view, the executive now behaves as those he has the final say or is it that the Minister opened his big mouth too soon, now trying to get his subordinate to rescue him.

Whatever it is the real Boss is the people, we want the account to be opened for us to see. Not only this account, we will see whichever account in time to come. If Umno/BN cannot do it, we will get Parkatan to do it!

Politicians must remember we the people are the real Boss even though we only vote once every 5 years.

Let it be known to the politicians, we want to monitor the account whenever we want to simply because we are the Boss in democracy.

If not we will go for change, we are looking for a better democracy for a better Malaysia.

Cheers folks for a better Malaysia!

Can BN Lose Sabah? Boleh Bah Kalau …

Can BN Lose Sabah? Boleh Bah Kalau …

A present for the UMNO delegates- A dead MCA

There is a system in their madness. UMNO has to go to town saying Malays will be in danger should PR wins. DAP will dominate everything. The country will turn republic and Malay kings will be in danger. Islam will be sidelined. UMNO has to do this because it must do everything to keep Malays in check. Why? Because if only 30% of the Malay electorate in each of the parliamentary seat where MCA is the incumbent vote PKR, MCA is wiped out. UMNO wants to save its Islam bashing partner at all costs even if it means speaking like an infidel.
MCA on the other must do everything to keep the Chinese intact. It is facing an uphill ent battle. MCA has lost its credibility and relevance. It goes to town, saying if PR wins, then PAS will talibanise everything. You can’t play mahjong, eat pork, bah kut teh, wash hair, yam seng and all that. MCA must say, PAS will restrict everything.
UMNO and MCA are playing two sides of the same coin, but the subterfuge is not fooling everyone. How do we kill off MCA for good? There is a simple formula. if only 30% of the Malay voters vote Pakatan and 80% of non-Malay voters vote the same way, MCA is finished. This is all we need. MCA can lose all its 15 seats.
The prospects of eliminating MCA are good. 80-85% of non-Malays are supporting Pakatan and 50% of the Malays will vote for Pakatan. We have many instances where voters in areas with Malay majority giving substantial support to Pakatan. A place like Jerantut in Pahang which is almost 90% Malay gave 46% support to PR. Therefore UMNO can’t assume that just because an area has a majority Malay electorate, it can get big support. In 2008, UMNO candidates got only 2 million votes from the 5.7 million Malay voters. That’s only 35% Malay support.
But let us use 30% Malay support for Pakatan as a benchmark. Assume also that 80% of non-Malays support Pakatan. UMNO knows that it has to get big Malay support otherwise its doomed. That is why it using all the dirty tricks- racism, the specter of racial clash, the demise of Malay royalty, the assault on Islam.
So that we won’t have to see the fornicating face of Soi Lek, puke at seeing Wee Ka Siong and Ms Yen Yen, all we need is to ensure the 30:80 formula. Just get 30% of Malay support in the MCA areas and ensure we get 80% non-Malay support.
Only 30% of Malay voters are what we need. If 30% of the Malay voters in the seats MCA won in 2008, now vote for PR- MCA is finished. If voting goes along the same line as it did in 2008, UMNO is already doomed. So we can treat UMNO’s General Assembly now as a just a sideshow- its last before the party crumbles.
Let’s do as what UMNO shouts for and let us take on what UMNO says. If the Malays heed what UMNO wants, they should withdraw their support from these MCA seats. MCA is your enemy. Its president made fun of Islam -does not the Quran command the Muslims to not make friends with Muslims and non Muslims who make fun and belittle Islam? See Quran 5:57.
MCA has 15 parliamentary seats most of them in Johor. Out of the 7 seats in Johor, only 2 have Malay majority. It’s sinful for the Malays in Air Hitam and Alor Star to vote for MCA infidels. Do like the Quran instruct- do not take them as friends or protectors because they have soiled Islam.
The following Table shows the voter profile in the 15 seats MCA currently holds.

MCA stands a fighting chance in Air Hitam, alor star, alor gajah. Air Hitam is the seat of Wee Ka Siong, Alor Gajah is where Liaw Tiong Lai wants to shift to and Alor Star is where the assumption of only 30% of Malays voting for PR is weak. MCA is actually safe in only 2 seats- Air Hitam and Alor Gajah.
It is clear that in all the seats, if only 30% of the Malays there vote PR while 80% of non-Malays vote PR, MCA is finished as a political party. Why should the Malays in Air Hitam support Wee Ka Siong for example? MCA is a racist party consisting of anti-Islam Chinese. MCA is confrontational. Malays in Batu Pahat know the real anti Malay character of Chua Soi Lek.
After the elections, we will still allow MCA people to play mahjong, wash hair, yamseng and whatever they like. We won’t prevent you from your charkuat sessions either.

Guan Eng's speech

Closing remarks by Lim Guan Eng at Debate 2.0 on Sunday, 8th July 2012:

Since Merdeka, two million Malaysians have migrated overseas because
they do not see a future for themselves and for Malaysia. It is time
that we don't live in our past that is filled with hatred and fear. We
should look to the future filled with hope and harmony between all Malaysians.

To put the past behind us, we must stop the politics of race and religion.
To put the past behind us, we must end corruption.
To put the past behind us, we must abolish the suppression,
oppression, repression of our basic human rights and freedoms.
To put the past behind us, we must demand good governance and
performance from our ministers.

To attain peace Malaysians must stand united and reject those who wish
to divide us by preaching racial and religious hatred. If we want to
benefit from equal opportunities and realize our human potential we
must stop extremists from continually degrading others as inferiors so
as to uplift ourselves. Why should Allah not be allowed to be used in
the Bible when it is used in the Middle East?

We can only achieve harmony together. Despite our differences and diversity,
Malaysians can make our common aspirations of freedom, justice,
democracy and truth come true if we remember key values.

That it is not who we are that is important, but what we are that is
important; not the colour of our skin that is important but the
content of our character; and not our past ancestry that is important
but how we connect with the present and with each other to face the
future.

We can only be prosperous together. The time has come to focus on the
economy, in employment, education and business opportunities as the
conditions for prosperity.
We must build human talent and be performance-based.

For those who say that PR do not know how to govern, the 4 PR states
of Penang, Selangor, Kedah and Kelantan have proven our ability by
beating the other 10 BN states by attracting RM25 billion in
investments comprising 53% of Malaysia's total investments of RM47.2
billion in 2010. For the first time in history, Penang is now the new
champion of investments in Malaysia, coming out top in 2010 with RM
12.2 billion.

To put the past behind us, we must end corruption.
Barisan Nasional cannot reform to end corruption. Remember, if we do not end
corruption, Malaysia dies. If we end corruption, BN dies. The choice is clear.

To put the past behind us, we must abolish the suppression,
oppression, repression of our basic human rights and freedom. How can
we have a clean government when we do not have clean elections?

We do not want our children to live in fear of oppressive laws as we
have lived. A Pakatan Rakyat government will abolish the UUCA, the
Sedition Act and the Printing Presses and Publications Act and restore
local government elections.

When can we find justice for Teoh Beng Hock, Ahmad Sarbani and A
Kugan? When will we have Freedom of Information & Freedom of Speech?
When can we have justice that is not only done, but is seen to be
done.

To put the past behind us, we demand good governance and performance
from our ministers.
Malaysia can be an international and intelligent country. We must have digital
intelligence with broadband connectivity. We must also have integrity
intelligence, so ensure that only honest people are the
decision-makers. We must have institutional intelligence under the
rule of law. We demand good governance and performance from our
ministers.

Has the Transport Ministry done its duty to run our airports and
seaports well? Look at the Penang International Airport whose
completion has been delayed more than 3 times.
And the Penang Port is to be reduced to be a feeder port and
privatized to a 3rd party at the expense of Penangites. Why is there
no consultation with the people of Penang to restore the port to its
former glory? Instead of looking after airports and ports, the
Transport Ministry is more interested in vehicle registration numbers
and wants to increase the maximum traffic fines to RM2,000.

Director-General of Tourism is wrongly charged of corruption but the
Tourism Minister finds nothing wrong with spending RM1.8 million in
doing up her Facebook page, when we all know that it can be done for
free.

The Health Ministry wants to privatise healthcare when it should be a
public good given as an affordable right to all Malaysians. Why allow
the wastage of public funds and affect the quality and affordability
of drugs when drugs are bought through a middleman at higher prices
when it could be bought cheaper direct from the manufacturers, some of
which are operating in Malaysia.

The Housing and Local Government Ministry opposes local government
elections in Penang, denying our fundamental democratic right to elect
our councillors and our mayors.
We believe that Malaysians deserve better. For the last 50 years, the
wealth of the nation has been robbed. Let us protect the future of our
children by ensuring we have a people-centric government that protects
you instead of harming you, that rewards you instead of stealing from
you, that respects you instead of abusing your rights. Let us clean up
Malaysia to save our children's future.

We must put the past behind us where profits matters more than our
health. Lynas concerns all of us because if Lynas is allowed to
operate, Barisan Nasional will proceed with building two nuclear
reactors. If we continue to put health above profits, what is the use
of having all the money in the world if you cannot enjoy it healthily?

The next elections shall be fought on the economy. We refuse to allow
BN to use race as the issue in the next elections. We need to increase
the incomes of our poor or else they will fall victims to the Ah
Longs. For example, Bank Negara's Annual Report 2010 revealed that
Malaysia's household debt at the end of 2010 was RM581 billion or 76
per cent of GDP, thus giving us the dubious honour of having the
second-highest level of household debt in Asia.

In addition, the Malaysian household debt service ratio stood at 47.8
per cent in 2010, meaning that nearly half of the average family's
income goes to repaying debts. As a rule, banks would not lend money
to those whose total servicing of loans exceeded one third of their
income. In other words, we are spiralling into an indebted nation.

According to the New Economic Model documents, the bottom 40% of
Malaysian households are living with a monthly average income of
RM1,500 (and three-quarters of them are bumiputera) while 60% of the
households (of four persons averagely) live with a less than RM3,000
income, which is near subsistence if one lives in the cities.

These are families living in fear. We will help them live with dignity
and not in fear, by increasing their incomes and cutting down their
costs, with a minimum wage, getting rid of monopolies, expanding
internet connectivity and encouraging creativity, innovation and
productivity.

South Korea is a very good example of a nation that chose democracy,
performance and freedom of opportunity to become a developed country.
With a population of 48 million, its GDP per capita of USD20,000 is
more than double Malaysia's. But in 1970, South Korea's per capita GDP
was only USD260 compared to Malaysia's USD380. We used to regularly
beat South Korea at football. And now our children are fans of K-pop
culture and their football team are regulars at the World Cup.

Only when we free ourselves of fear of change, can we be free to
prosper. BN cannot change.
They need to be changed, for BN wants to rule by fear.
Thomas Jefferson has said "When the governments fear the people, there
is liberty.
When the people fear the government, there is tyranny". The choice is
yours, my friends. I urge you - Let us change so we can have liberty
and live with dignity.

Altantuya case: Is the truth buried in the Najib-Shafee Abdullah SMSes
Written by Hussein Abdul Hamid

The following text message correspondence is between YAB Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib
Tun Abdul Razak, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, and Dato’ Shafee Abdullah, a
Malaysian lawyer who initially represented Abdul Razak Abdullah Baginda then on
trial for abeting the murder of Mongolian national, Altantuya Shaariibuu.
While it does not answer lingering questions about Najib’s alleged past
relations with Altantuya, the text messages show clearly Najib’s active
intereference in the case very early on.
The messages highlight Najib’s willingness to speak with both members of the
Attorney General’s Chambers and Inspector General of Police about the case,
something that suggests an abuse of executive power.
What is particularly revealing and troubling is that the counsel, Shafee, keeps
asking Najib for details indicating some political intervention that may have
influenced the case.
This observation is strengthened by Najib’s message to Shafee on 16 November
2006: “Pls do not say anything to the press today. i will explain later. RB will
have to face a tentative charge but all is not lost.”
This message raises a lot of questions about Najib’s role in this case. Why did
he mention “tentative” charge and that “all is not lost” for RB (Razak Baginda)?
How would Najib know this before Razak was charged? Is there already a deal in
place that will see Razak aquitted? These are important questions which will
have ramifications not just on this case but far beyond.
The text messages were transmitted between Najib’s personal mobile phone (+6012
2143177) and Shafee’s mobile phone (+6012 3257052).
Those who seek the truth should challenge Najib and Shafee to deny that this
correspondence took place between them. Perhaps a record of the messages still
resides in the server of the relevant telecommunications company.
The truth is buried somewhere. Those who know what truly happened hope that the
truth has been buried deep with Altantuya. But the funny thing is, the truth
always finds its way into the hands of those who fight for justice – sometimes
in the most mysterious circumstances.
Here are the sms-es purportedly sent between the two: Najib and Shafee:

3 things can happen.Firstly, they can ask
for more time for detention. We will

Dato Seri, Negotiating for conditional
release. If not police need 2 or 3 more

public to think a VIP was given an easier time.Being a vip under these

It is clear that the Police will ask for
extention t’row.I will resist strongly
in view of the fact that the last few days investigation on RB have completed
investigations that require RB’s presence in custody.Secondly, from yesterday
the Police has done nothing much with him except to do the dna.Thirdly, I am
concerned with the Police carelessness yesterday in allowing the 3 other
suspects to be freely mixing and therefore tainting their subsequent stmnts as
they could be ‘group coached’.But it also show Police no longer need to isolate
the suspects.Even RB was handcuffed to the C/I. Salam . Shafee

Dear Khairy, Its Churchill!

Dear Khairy, Its Churchill!

What has been “transformed” — is Rais himself!

What has been “transformed” — is Rais himself!

How much reform has Najib brought since 2009?

Reformed needed: PM

The Sun Paper today 5 Dec 2012 reported on the front page what The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak said.

"We must be unafraid to encourage change in institutions which stifle young people's opportunities in reforming public services, supporting appointment by merit and remaining ever vigilant against corruption," he said

The above statement is so refreshing.

However in practice, I wonder how much we fare in the present leadership of Malaysian Government?

Namely in the areas:
1. Change in institutions
2. Reforming public services
3. Appointment by merit
4. Ever vigilant against corruption

As much as we can see, we have regressed instead of progress in the above mentioned areas in reign of Najid since 2009.

Yes, many fellow Malaysians are looking forward for real changes to be made, in the coming days if not done now, we hope the new Government can do it.

If after 5 years, they screw up, we will again change them. What do you think?

"Empowered by technology and emboldened example, young people are able to compare the strength and weaknesses of their democracies and articulate their political needs to a global audience," said Najib.

How true what Najib said. For the coming election, the youths, many first time voters are going to decide on the new Government supposing the old timers, we remain in the same in our choice of voting.

After reading what Najib said, many of us feel that he is very clever in what he say, but actual doing, nothing much, at least from my perspective . What about you?

Many will said Najib is NATO! (No Action Talk Only)

Sabah’s bird’s nest not contaminated | Free Malaysia Today

Sabah’s bird’s nest not contaminated | Free Malaysia Today for those who want to invest in bird nest industry please be aware of the problem. I have a client who has been rearing  Swiflets for the bird nest for 10 years. The price for the raw unprocessed nest were so good that it was at an average price of RM4500.00 per kilo. Now the price has come down to RM1500.00.

One Malaysia, where got? Discrimination is why people shun BN.

"Perceived discrimination is why people shun BN": Kayveas
Today 3 Dec 2012, the Sun paper reported .

"Fairness, justice and equality are not found in our society that is why people shun BN." That is the fact, not a perception as perceived by PPP president Datuk Seri M Kayveas. Please see the Sun Paper snap shot as reported below.

Take for example on fairness. Where is fairness? When many have to buy houses at higher price to subsidize the others buying at a discount? A real eg. The Melaka Government is selling Bungalow lot near the Ayer Keroh Toll at RM15.00/square feet whereas non-Malays have to pay RM20.15/square feet . Who get the extra RM5.15/square feet I wonder!

The leader is corrupt. He and his cronies get to eat more. I wonder do they sleep well at night?

The other question come to our mind is: Why amass so much money? Why plunder the wealth of the nation and deprive the poor a decent living?

The developers in Melaka reported in the papers 30% of the cost of building, goes to taxes and red tapes by the State Government. Melaka is number one where 60% of the land has to be reserved for the Malays.

The result is you can see many developments have big pieces of land left not developed! What a joke! Who end up buying expensive properties?

I also have doctor colleagues who told me that the property they buy hardly appreciate and is useless in term of investment. Then I told him why not he purchase it in the open market. He admitted that it is easy to fall for 10% cheaper property when they buy. So you can see, this sort of rule, it is double edged. You buy cheap, you also sell cheap! Not much profit.

This leads us to think about the whole design how this country is going and how on the whole we have been affected.

1. Malaysia has become less competitive. Just take our currency, the Ringgit and Singapore Dollar were 1:1, now it has deteriorated to 1:2.5 and worst. When you go to Singapore our RM100.00 has been reduced to around RM40.00 something, you really feel poor, a begger!

2. Brain drain is on top of the list. You can't blame people from leaving for greener pasture.

3. Many of us who are discriminated have been stronger and tougher who can stand on our own feet. Many also have also become weak. It really show when there is a downturn of economy.

Can we conclude, to see that Fairness, Justice and Equality are the fundamental principle that a society need to adhere to in order for the nation to thrive. The leaders who have hijacked the NEP for their own pockets will find that the wrongs they have done have finally caugh up with them. Is the coming 13th GE the time? I am quite certain, it is!
