UMNO'S RACIAL PAMPERING TO BLAME: Rafizi criticizes how phone theft can balloon to mob violence

What happened to Malaysia? Shall we not be the one influencing it for the common good of  all Malaysians. Let's be on God's side. May God be on our side.

Call on Police to uphold law and order and on all Malaysians regardless of race and religion to be calm and unite against corruption and abuses of power « Lim Kit Siang

This is the time when ordinary Malaysians, regardless of race or religion, should realise that they have more common ground to unite to ensure that the government must serve the larger interests of all Malaysian citizens and not to allow themselves to be used as pawns to be divided whether along race or religious lines to serve the interests of a few in the country.

Fissures appear in Umno as crisis deepens « Lim Kit Siang

Ordinary Malaysians in their judgements and assessments hold history in their hands. More than any group, the Malaysian public will serve as the country’s moral compass, by calling for truth and accountability, by asking for the dignity of the country to be restored and by reminding its leaders across the political divide that individuals in office represent and serve them, not themselves.

Malaysians want Najib to declare without further ado whether the WSJ report was correct as far as his personal bank accounts in AmBank were concerned, and the deposit of RM2.6 billion on March 21 and 25, 2013 into his personal accounts – just before the dissolution of Parliament on 3rd April, 2013.
And if so, where the RM2.6 billion deposited into Najib’s personal accounts in AmBank came from and where they have gone to?

The morass of government denial and paralysis cannot go on for another day. Let the four Tan Sris comprising the special task force submit their collective resignation to announce their recognition that the Malaysian public have no faith and confidence in them in the inquiry and to open the way for the establishment of RCI into the WSJ allegations.

PAS now a ‘closed group’, says Faiz Fadzil « Lim Kit Siang

The strategy adopted by PAS now, following the election of the conservative ulama group as party leaders, has taken the party backwards, to where it was in the 1970s and 1980s, Faiz, 38, said.
PAS was now ‘a closed group’ following the muktamar and the party elections held early this month.

Malaysia must become an ordinary democratic country where peaceful transition of power can be effected by a general election and the country reset its nation-building policies.
This is the most effective way to end the abuses and excesses of power, the corruption, malpractices and arrogance of power so prevalent in the Umno/BN administration today.

Najib should issue an immediate and convincing rebuttal of the Wall Street Journal or announce that he will personally appear before the Parliamentary Accounts Committee (PAC) and answer all queries about the WSJ claim that 1MDB funds running into billions of ringgit had been used to bank-roll his 13th General Election campaign.
Najib should be forewarned that even without Mahathir’s daily battering of his credibility and fitness to continue as Prime Minister, every day of silence on his part to serious allegations about the 1MDB scandal like the Wall Street Journal expose will suffice to condemn him in national and international court of opinion of being guilty as the mastermind of the biggest financial scandal in the nation’s history.

For the maintenance of the submarines, Hishammuddin said Malaysia is paying 194 million euro (RM778 million) for a contract procured directly from France and another local contract worth RM532 million.
"The value of the contract covers maintenance of the submarines and also infrastructure development, replacement parts and technology transfer," he said.
Malaysia's purchase of the two submarines from France for 1.08 billion euros in 2009 has been plagued with controversy over allegations of commission payments.

Referring to the increasing cost of living, he voiced his scepticism of the government’s measure of poverty, pointing out that according to United Nations data, Malaysia is at a deeper poverty level than acknowledged by the government.
“Are we being realistic?” he asked. “I want to see us becoming a developed country. Are we moving forward with the kind of value system that we are proud of?
“We need the basic values, honesty and responsibility, which I think are important ingredients.”

SACK NAJIB, SACK 1MDB NO USE - Rafizi

"There has been no logical explanation on what 1MDB did to warrant this amount of loans," he said.
He also said that there is a prevailing feeling within Umno that 1MDB will drag not only Najib, but also the party down with it.
"However, it is very convenient for the Umno leadership to just point fingers at Najib. You can't run away from the principle of collective leadership," he said.
"Any decisions involving big funding would have been brought to the cabinet and the cabinet would have concurred with it," he added.
Hence, why some of the Umno members who were at Muhyiddin's talk could be heard screaming "sack the president" when Muhyiddin spoke about the 1MDB issue, Rafizi said. – TMI

ALL HELL TO BREAK LOOSE: Dr M prepares to deal Najib the KILLER BLOW by solving Altantuya's murder

Whatever the way or option Mahathir aims to go about ousting and replacing Najib, he is on a daily basis receiving hordes of growing support everywhere as Malaysians are sick and tired and fed up with Najib and Rosmah and are disgusted with the way they go about their lavish and opulent lives at a time when the average, ordinary Malaysian is so hard pressed trying to butter his bread.

Muhyiddin said in the recording:
“The entire 1MDB board should be sacked and the police should be called in to investigate their involvement in the scandal.
“I told the PM, sack the 1MDB board. If I owned the company, and the CEO racked up so much of debt, that I had to pay interest between RM100 and RM200 million every month, what else to do? Just sack.”

Yes, whether we love or hate Tun Dr Mahathir or whether we detest or salute the opposition political leaders, one thing is crystal clear: UMNO-BN is no more at cross roads. It is already on the edge of a deep cliff.

UMNO MALAY PARTY? Najib vs Dr M turns into Bugis vs Kerala battle for M'sia

UMNO MALAY PARTY? Najib vs Dr M turns into Bugis vs Kerala battle for M'sia

All that Malaysians want from the Bugis or Keralites is to let the Malaysians to have their own country back and to live peacefully, respectfully accepting each other’s strengths to help build this land we call Malaysia.
All that Malaysians want is to lift the oppressive regimes that place a yoke on their livelihoods and civil liberties and democratic rights to co-existence.
All that Malaysians are asking right now is:...

“Cross” episode testimony of failure of over half-century of Malaysian nation-building « Lim Kit Siang

“Cross” episode testimony of failure of over half-century of Malaysian nation-building « Lim Kit Siang

Such a reaction and protest would be quite unheard-of and even unthinkable in the first five decades of our nation-hood from Merdeka in 1957, but it seems to become quite commonplace and the norm in the country in the past five years, which is most ironical as it coincides with the period when the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak is going the world as a globe-trotting salesman of his “Global Movement of Moderates”!

To add salt to our many financial injuries, they tax us with GST because otherwise the country will go bankrupt! Cost of living is going up but our income is stagnant because we can’t compete. We can’t compete because they have messed up our education system or put it another way, they have messed up our children’s future!

1MDB probe

The Sun paper 10/3/15 reported.

IGP: Najib among those to be INVESTIGATED by special task force comprising police, MACC and AG's Chambers.

The headline in the Sun must have caused many to wonder, is it for real.

First of all, Najib is the head of all of them who are investigating him.

How can they all do it without fear or favor ?

If BN Government is serious in investigating 1MDB financial scandal of the magnitude of RM42billion, they need to get an independent body to do it . Not Najib's subordinates!
